Disclaimer & Pricing Note

1. Starting Prices:

The prices listed are starting rates. Final costs may vary depending on additional factors such as studio rentals, travel expenses, décor, and any special requests. The final pricing will be confirmed during the consultation and provided in writing.

2. Turnaround Time:

We strive to deliver your final product as quickly as possible. Please note that the maximum turnaround time is up to five weeks. This allows us to maintain high-quality standards and accommodate varying project volumes. The actual turnaround time may be shorter, depending on the complexity and current workload.

3. Revisions & Returns:

All final products are subject to a review and revision process. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and any additional editing required will be accommodated within the agreed timeframe. Please note that any custom requests or extensive revisions may impact the final timeline.

4. Additional Costs:

Any extra expenses, such as travel, décor, or special materials, will be communicated upfront and included in the final quote.

5. Deposit

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date.

6. Balance

Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of service.

7. Travel

Travel beyond 25 miles may include additional fees.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full deposit refund. After 48 hours, all deposits are non-refundable.

9. Agreements

All sessions are subject to contract agreement.
