Refund and Returns Policy

At Sunflower Soul Studios, we value quality, integrity, and transparency. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which physical products, digital products, and services may be returned or refunded.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Photography sessions
  • Film production services
  • Creative consulting services
  • Workshop or event tickets
  • Presets, templates, LUTs, digital downloads, or software
  • Sale or clearance items

Because many of our products and services are custom or digital in nature, they are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item returned not in original condition
  • Item damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times vary depending on your financial institution

Please allow additional time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  • Email staysoulful@sunflowersoulstudios.com
  • Include photos of the damaged item
  • Include your order number

Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return

If the gift was not marked as such:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Service-Specific Refund Policy

Because Sunflower Soul Studios provides creative services:

  • Deposits for photography, film, and creative projects may be non-refundable
  • Custom work is non-refundable once production has begun
  • Refund terms for services are governed by signed client agreements
